Apprenticeships

If you are not in full-time education, you can still get qualifications by doing an Apprenticeship while earning a wage.

An Apprenticeship means you get qualifications while you work.
You will be:

  • employed by a company
  • earning money (often £80 a week or over)
  • studying by day/block release
  • studying at a local College or Training Provider or with a trainer in your workplace.

What will I study?

  • Apprenticeships include training up to NVQ Level2 or 3.
  • Key Skills in areas such as communication, application of number and Information Technology.
  • Apprenticeships are offered in a wide variety of occupational areas.

Visit www.apprenticeships.org.uk to find out more about Apprenticeships - they are a great way to earn and learn.
