In March 2011, young people were asked about their experiences.
A total of 1,639 (mostly Year 11) young people in Trafford Schools responded to the user survey as well as an additional 107 young people not currently in employment, education or training (NEET).
The young people were asked a series of questions about their “Connexions experience” to establish if the service was meeting their needs.
Young people in schools gave a fantastic overall 89% satisfaction rate with the services received. Unemployed young people gave an even higher satisfaction rate of 94%.
The service is very proud of the results and it is a tribute to all the Connexions Personal Advisers that satisfaction levels are so high.
Young people will be surveyed again next year and we are aiming, through further training, to improve results even further in 2012.
