What is the Activity Allowance?

The Activity Allowance is aimed at Young People who have not been in Education, Employment or Training for 20 weeks and are aged 16 or 17.
Sign up and take part in activities that will give you the confidence to go further and you will be rewarded with £20 a week and your family will get £30 a week. It will not affect any benefits your parents may claim.
