City in the Community (CITC)

MCFCFootball sessions with Manchester City for young people with disabilities take place throughtout the year.

CITC runs one of the largest and most successful disabled football programmes for young people and adults in the country.

UrbanleisureUrban Leisure is Tuf*C's main activity session available for young people aged 11+. These sessions are held at Stretford, Partington and Sale Leisure Centres and Old Trafford Sports Barn.

OuchOuch! is a website from the BBC that reflects the lives and experiences of disabled people. There are podcasts, blogs, message boards, interviews and much more.
The Ouch! Parents messageboard is for disabled mums and dads, or parents of disabled children, here you can get advice and ask questions.
On each page in the top right hand corner you can easily change the size of the text or the background/text colour.

Kids Out

KidsoutKidsOut is the fun & happiness charity, they help disadvantaged children and young people up to the age of 18, throughout the UK.

Trafford Thursday Club

The Trafford Thursday Club at Sale West Community Centre Newbury Avenue, Sale is open to children on the autistic spectrum aged between 9 years and 16 years old. Siblings and friends are welcome too.

ActivetraffordTrafford now has a fantastic new dynamic leisure pass scheme called Active Trafford.

The new Active Trafford scheme replaces the old existing leisure pass and now gives residents of Trafford a huge amount of leisure options and provision.

Partington Activity Evenings

SwimmingPartington Leisure Centre hold Activity Evenings exclusively for children with a disability and extended family. The sessions are free for children with a disability and one carer but £1.60 for extended family members and £1.10 for children.

These are held on Saturday evenings 4pm - 6.30pm.

GenieGenie Networks work with deaf people and their families offering information, advice and guidance, support for brothers and sisters, deaf awareness activities and much more.

Young Muslim Playwriting Competition

RetThe Royal Exchange has a brand new playwriting project for young people of Muslim heritage aged 16 – 25 called The Search Party. There will be sessions and workshops for individuals and community groups.
